How early should I arrive?
A minimum of 10 minutes is ideal for each visit, will allow you time to change, relax and consult with your service provider.
What if I am late for my appointment?
If you are late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
How much should I tip?
Tipping for service at a salon is typically handled, as you would tip for service in a restaurant. Generally 10-20% of the total service is appropriate, depending upon how you feel the quality of service was.
